Meaty RIBS let to rest in a dry-rub for a short time and then cooked low and slow in a smoky environment until the meat starts to fall off the bone. Seriously. There is a ‘bark’ on the outside with gorgeous (Sweet Chilli) dry-rub. We don’t Sauce Our Ribs. We leave that to you. Chef Jonah’s created our own Cumberland Blueberry Barbeque Sauce and a ‘Traditional’ Barbeque Sauce from scratch. They come with your ribs. Simply Outstanding.
Our ribs are available on RIB Night. Some people called it Friday until now. Limited quantities available. With our website up and running for orders, we highly suggest pre-ordering. In the event that there are any left over at the end of Rib Night, we could have them in the Grab and Go Fridge, but it hasn’t happened yet.
