Smoked Pork Loin (Monday) – per pound


Pork Loin Roast smoked to delicious for about 4 hours in an with layers of apple or Maple smoke over top one of our two custom dry-rubs (Texan or Herb) There is a ‘bark’ on the outside with delicious juicy pork-love on the inside. It’s beautiful and savoury.

Our pork loin is available Fresh on Monday. Our pork is sourced from dickies meats in Leicester, when available. If you’re getting it fresh we recommend cutting it at home. It’s very juicy and it will be best cut just before serving. If it’s from our Grab and Go Fridge, it is available vacuum packed Wednesday until it’s gone. We try to keep some sliced and some intact for your convenience.
