Being ‘Reliable’ –

             What we’re aiming for with our new business model is ‘how to make things better for you’.  To do that, we have created a new menu that has 5 convenience premade meals:

Phad Thai with Chicken or Shrimp, ($8)

Beef Stir-Fry, Beef with Potatoes and Carrots, ($8)

Chicken with Rice Pilaf and Peas, ($8)

Burrito Bowls ($10)

Bangers and Mash (Salt and Pepper Sausage with Garlic-Mashed Potatoes)

We will make every effort to keep those meals in stock, in order to help make your day run smoothly.

             We have also started opening later in the day.  That means that if we do not have the right ingredients to make something, we can run out and get it before you even knew it happened (we couldn’t do that before).  And we have removed items from our menu that did not sell.  ‘Ribs and Pork Tenderloin, corn salad, beet slaw, road salad…etc.  Trying to stock those items reliably takes away from our core business (making sure we have the most popular items, which are what you want.
