At the start of most of our Facebook posts we write ‘Free Samples’.  It’s on the front of our truck and we mean it.  If you’re like us, you can tell the difference between store-bought and home-made products.  I’m not saying ours are better.  That’s for you to decide.  We feel like we make great products.

We want to make it easy for you to decide if you like our products or if it’s worth it to come shop at our kitchen.  We vacuum-pack our meats after they’ve been blast-chilled.  That’s why they stay so moist after being cooked.  That’s also why we can take any package of cooked meats in our ‘Grab and Go Fridge’, open the package and cut-off a sample for you to try.  If you like it, you might buy it, or at least you’ll know for the future.  You might tell two friends.  If you do, thank you.  If you don’t like it, there is no risk or obligation from having sampled it and maybe you’d like to try something else.

We use the vacuum-packed meats in our ‘Grab and Go Fridge’ along with beautiful sides (in our grocery fridge in the kitchen) to make meal combos.  If we run out of meal combos with chicken, we open a package of chicken, make the combos and put the chicken in a re-sealable container in our grocery fridge.  If you want a sample, we open the same vacuum-packed container, give you a sample, and then put that product in a resealable container in the fridge.  The only purpose is to help you to make a decision.  There is never any pressure to buy anything.  Hope to see you soon.
